Please can someone help?

How do I address a question to the symantec.support.win95.act3.general
ng. so that Symantec reply?

I have posted many articles, and had replies from other subscribers;
the last time someone forwarded my query to symantec, Patti Fort
commented that they couldn't see the original, but still didn't address
my query.

I've tried mailing sup...@symantec.com directly, and it's bounced
because it doesn't say what product, and direct mails to (eg)
pf...@symantec.com are bounced because they don't receive personal mail.

Using ACT 3 is frustrating enough, but to be censored from the group, so
that I never get a query answered, is getting sick!! (Especially as
we've recommended clients to use ACT!)

Thanks for any light you can throw on this.

Let me also use this as an opportunity to express my thanks to those ACT
users who have made helpful comments to my posts.
