We are an aircraft reseller and use AMSTADT for information on
owner
and planes. We have ACT Ver 2.0.9 and use Windows 3.11 over a Novell
Network 3.1. In the past we have been able to import AMSTADT into
ACT but now we can not get the data to import. Is our version of ACT
to old or is there specific instructions for importing?

Hello Anne,
I am not familiar with AMSTADT.
ACT! can import a delimited text file, a dBase III-IV file or a Q&A v3
file.
Once the file is in a format ACT! can recognize select File,
Import/Exchange, Import. Change the file type to match the incoming
file. Locate the file and click the file name.
If you continue to experience problems importing let us know what
steps you are following and what error messages ACT! displays.
Online support is at a slight disadvantage since we only have the
information you provide in your message to solve your problem. The
more information you can give us the easier it is for us to help solve
your problem.
Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
