monthly calendar report

I have one database that consistently prints the contact phone number
for each scheduled entry in the monthly calendar report. I don't
know why it's doing this, and I can't find a selection to stop it.

I have tried opening the database from a new installation of ACT
2.0.9. I have tried to compact and repair the database, and also
have tried transferring contacts to a new database. None of these
procedures work in getting rid of the phone number from printing in
the calendar report.

How did it get there? and is there a way to get rid of it?
