WinFax 9 SDK - MakeAttachment Problem?

Hello all,

I was initially excited about WinFax Pro 9.0 as the MakeAttachment
command finally works. Unfortunately, my testing has shown that it
works as advertised under Windows NT4 but fails under Windows 95 and
Windows 98. This is, unless I am doing something extremely off base.

My question... Can anyone get MakeAttachment to work under either
Windows 95 or Windows 98? If so, will you please post some skelton code
(any language) demostrating how you are doing it! If anyone is
interested in my C++ code that works under NT I would be willing to
share...
