Mail merge Word-Access-Fax Pro

Dear Sirs,
I have WINFAX PRO 8.0 and I'd like to make a mail merge in which
every documment (page) has its own phone number to fax to (embebed).

I'm looking for some kind of "variables" which I could add to the
Word documment that would address the page(s) to an especific phone
number (camming from access).

I.E.Is there any way to send faxes by using codes or variables
instead by using phonebooks?

What wordprocessing are you using. In most wordprocessors you hve to set up
a distribution list something like
<Frank Bruno>
<5215 Hank Street>
.
.
.
more of the same.

You just have to have your default printer set to winfax for it to run
Youmay have to create a macro to jump start the process.....I dunno.

You can accomplish this task using Word 97, WinFax PRO Word macro (Mail
merge) and Access for your data.

Many thanks. I found the information you mention and I tried to
install Winfax macros.

The problem is I work with WORD 97 but the SPANISH version and Winfax
macros (English) do not work with it.

Is there any version of winfax macros for the Spanish version of Word
(97 or 6)?.
