Web clipping problem using emulator

I am emulating a Palm 3x and using web clippings to try out some apps for
accessing business data from a wireless palm (want to make sure I can get it
to work before spending the money on a wirelss connection)
When I try to use PQA's I get the following messsage:

"Web Clipping" 3.2 has just read directly from memory manager data
structures.
This problem indicates an error in the application. Users should upgrade
this product immediately to safeguard their data

Continue takes me to another message:
"Web Clippings"3.2 has just read direcrtly from Palm OS global variables.

Continue takes me to another message:

The choices at this point are Continue (loops back to same message), Debug
(does nothing) and Reset (resets the emulator)
What do I need to upgrade? or is their another problem.
