ACT -> Outlook Synch Application

Hi,
I'm a little bugged by the fact that ACT can't synchronise with my WinCE
machine, and that the only solutions available are commercial. I'm planning
to write a freeware alternative for this. Does anyone have any suggestions
as to features they would like to see in such a product?

I have been told that ACT is now owned by Sage and that the software
is being rewritten/adapted to work as their contact manager program
for their Line 50 and Line 100 products.
Therefore the next version should be more friendly to WinCE as Sage is
