winfax printer deletes ms word document from printer qeue

At work, I've been using MS word 2000 on windowsxp with winfax 10.0
for about 2 years with no problems. I open my word documents, go to
the print menu, chose winfax, click okay. The document goes to the
printer qeue, the winfax window opens, the print queu says "printing"
and then all of a sudden it says "deleting" and no document will open
up in the winfax!! What the??

I have faxes that are already in winfax waiting to be fax "off peak"
hours and when I tried to send one of those it faxes fine. It's just
all of a sudden, getting the document to transfer from word to winfax
that is not working.

I've done everything I can think to get this work. I've just been on
the phone with our IT people for over half an hour. She's been
remotely working on my computer trying to fix the problem and she
can't even figure it out. Anyone want to take a stab at it for me??
