winfax only fax cover

I have similar problem, in my office we have some pc windows XP SP2,
all works fine with winfax, but one pc doesn't print, I explain it,
when you print (with any soft) to winfax (winfax or winfax photo),
when it opens the dialog to put the phone, I only take the cover, the
document doesn't appears. I have uninstalled completelly (and used
Norton_Removal_Tool to clean), reinstalled SP2 of windows, changed the
user, manually erased any "winfax" o "symantec" from registry,
reinstalled (clean, without database or faxes) 10.0, patch to 10.04
(like the others computers running OK) and same problem...
