can not add calling card at all in winfax pro 10.0

I installed winfax pro 10.0 to windows server 2003, but when I tried
to add calling card, the program just closed without notice at all. I
tried many many times, even cleaned my hard drive completely and
install winfax pro 10.0 on a completely new 2003 system, and the
problem is still there.
Does anyone have this similiar problem? How do you solve it to enable
calling card in winfax pro 10.0 on windows 2003 OS?
I really don't know if I should use winfax 10.0 or not, as it seemed
really a lot of problems included in its installation.
