Version and Virus Update

Version of norton antivirus: --Other--

Under Help, About it says I have Version 95.0.a
I have Windows '98 and am unable to dowonload the
correct file to update my virus list.

Which version is 95.0.a and how do I update my virus list?

Thanks for writing.

This sounds like you have the original release of Norton AntiVirus for
Windows 95 released in July of 1995. I highly recommend you contact
Customer Service for an upgrade. The current version of Norton
AntiVirus is 5.0.

The version of Norton AntiVirus you have can not use the latest
definitions. You can contact Customer Service at 800-441-7234 or at:

News://service.symantec.com/symantec.customerservice.general

for an upgrade.
