Hi Mark,

Thanks for writing into us at Online Support.

Try logging on those machines with the Domain Admin account, making sure
that they have admin rights on the machine, to see if that works.

I know that you mention that the NT workstations are running SP3, but make
sure on the one that is failing. We require SP3 to install.

If neither of those help, take a look at the following Knowledgebase
document. It is large, but it has all the steps that we walk people
through to solve problems with NSDU:
