Error-SYMNPB22.DLL during update

As I'm spread very thin I didn't see the response to my August 18 question
before it was removed, so lets try again.

I'm running NAV 4.0 on Windows 3.x, 95 and NT workstations. I am trying to
build in the automatic pattern update via "NAVUP32.EXE" from the server
(Novell 4.11 SP5) using the login script.
Each time it runs I get the error "SYMNPB22.DLL not found"
Any idea what I might be doing wrong ?
