Hi Andre,
Thanks for writing into us at Online Support.
You should be posting your message to the following site, I have
cross-posted there also.
You have noticed one thing that the program does. It will spawn other
programs and will close the box that it is called from. Thus closing the
connection if you had a batch file in there that made a mapped drive.
If you are using Back Office to send out the program, that is totally
separate and you should not be using the navup32.exe.
Honestly since it is having problems on some systems and works on other,
you should take a look at what the difference is between the machines.
Mainly the config.sys files. We will need to have files=80 and buffers=40.
that may fix the uncompress problem.
Take a look at that and see if that helps. You may also want to take a
