Hello,
I have been accessing your tech help through my news reader
pointing to service.symantec.com The past 2 days I have been unable
to connect at home or at work. Is it disabled now? If so, where is
symantec.support.network.nortonantivirus.systemcenter on
the web based version?

Thanks for writing.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems.
Yes there was an issue dealing with SPAM. We had access (write access
only) turned off for a period of time. This has been corrected and
you should have access again.
If you want to access Norton AntiVirus from the WEB you can try:
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/news/index.html

As of today both of my newsreader at home and at work still can not
connect to service.symantec.com
And the link http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/news/index.html
does not have a topic for NAV systemcenter unless it is buried in
some other topic. That's why I asked where
symantec.support.network.nortonantivirus.systemcenter is located on
the web based version.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm sorry. The newsgroups still have been shutdown due to SPAM
issues. They should be available now.
I apologize that there is not a way to get to this newsgroup via the
WEB. I will get this corrected ASAP. This is a new newsgroup and I
think it was an oversight.
If you still can not access the correct area please post your message
on this thread and I will make sure you get an answer.
