I encountered a problem "Cannot resolve computer name.It maybe
shutdown" or "Cannot connect to target machine" when I execute a job
to target machine. The NAgent is already installed at the client.
Login as Administrator or member of the Domain Admins.It was
successful when I use TCP/IP protocol but when I use NETBEUI the
error occured.Can you please tell me how NSDU communicate with the
agent on workstation.Is it supported?I will appreciate if you'll give
a technical aspect on how this feature work.If I'll use NETBEUI, is
there anything to be modified aside from all the configuration I made
on Windows NT and Windows 95.
Please reply as soon as possible. We badly needed your help on this.

Thanks for writing into us at Norton AntiVirus Support.
I have tried this in house and I asked around also about this. You will
need to have TCP/IP enabled to have this work OK.
I really don't have anything technical on how it works, even though we are
technical support they don't give us all the details.
I am sorry that you won't be able to use NetBUI for this process.
