I am trying to use Ghost (we use Corporate 11.5 version at my company)
to clone a user's laptop drive (IBM/Lenovo T60 with a 60 gig SATA hard
drive) to a 160 gig SATA hard drive.

Sounds real simple? hehehe, it never is :)

I clone the drive from one to the other, and it should work.

Problem is, when I do that, it won't boot. I get an error message and
the system tells me to hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to reboot.

I've been getting this more and more as I try to upgrade people's
drives to something bigger without having to redo their entire
systems.

I've heard other people with this issue, but I've never really seen a
resolution. Anybody have an idea how to fix this? (Please don't say,
"go get XYZ program because Ghost s*cks or something like that).

Some people state this is an issue with the 137gig limitation,
however, if I take this 160 gig drive and ghost to it a brand new
corporate image (one that has been sysprepped), it boots that
perfectly.

I have heard some people have had luck with Acronis, but I've also
heard people using Acronis and having the same issue.

There has to be a solution for this.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
