CD/DVD drive not available / Ghost 11.0.1

I have a CD that my predecessor created that is a Boot disk for this
version. It included SATA drivers on it (according to what is written
on the CD).

I have a new laptop and have 10 desktops coming in that I need (or
should) make Images of. When I boot from the CD and go through the
steps.
Partition -> To image -> select the image
When I get to the destination, the CD/DVD drive on the laptop does not
show up. Even though I booted GHOST from a CD. Any ideas? I am not a
Ghost expert and am struggling here....
