Creating Self-Contained Recovery CDs

Hello. I would like to know if there is any way to get Ghost to
create self-contained recovery CDs. In other words, I know how to
create image files (GHO) that can be used to reimage a hard drive
while running Symantec GhostServer but I want to be able to create CDs
that will install images without the GhostServer or GhostExplorer. Is
there a way for Ghost to create CDs that will install Windows and
Linux directly from the CDs the same way that a Dell Recovery Disk or
HP Recovery Disk does? Thanks in advance for any replies!!!
