When restoring an active drive

My HD is divided into drives C and D. C is the active partition (W2K OS).
I've installed another version of W2K on Drive, together with Ghost 9. I now
want to restore a ghosted version of the Drive C installation. Do I check
the option to make the drive active even though there is another OS
installed on the same HD?
