recover w/o .GHO file

is it possible to recover my image without the .GHO file?
i just discovered i only have 4 .GHS files.

Nope, it probably won't be recoverable in any useful way.

Ghost images aren't quite file-by-file archives like Zip files; they
are in an intermediate form which is much closer to the on-disk
structures of the filesystem on the partitions they are cloned from.
For FAT32 filesystems that means it is much closer to being a file-by-
file archive (since FAT filesystems have a relatively simple internal
structure) but for NTFS it's nothing at all like that.

In particular, the initial .GHO of an NTFS filesystem contains the
most crucial NTFS database structures (contained in invisible files)
without which it's almost impossible to make sense of the rest of the
data.
