NAV-CD comes up as NUM-CD

After running NUM and Disk Dr., I put thenew NAV CD into the drive
and it apprears on the desktop as the NUM CD. I can "open" it and I
see all the icons but if I try ti launch it, I get a type 39(?) error
and it freezes. The only way I've been able to get NAV up is to boot
from a zip disk with a system on it then put the NAV CD into the
drive. I've run NUM and Disk Dr several times but no change.
Any hints as to what I can do?
