Symantec's unbending stand on updating the DiscDoubler program has
forced me to find alternatives. Tech Tool Pro 2 dose as well a job as
NUM and also checks more items than NUM ever thought of doing.
And Stuffit Deluxe, which is accessable from the menu bar does a good
job although with not quite as many options as the "OLD" DD Pro.
Until you upgrade both of the programs I want and need this is me
waving "GOODBYE" as I said I would in one of my past postings. And as
I spread the word at my part-time job selling Mac's at the local
computer store. You can look for me three nights a week wearing one
of the red shirts.

Thank you for your input. I do apologize for the slowness in coming up with a
solution to the DiskDoubler issue. We are currently hard at work on a new
version of NUM which is due out later this year. However, DiskDoubler is not
going to be updated by Symantec.
