Having bought Norton DDPro 1.1 just weeks before release of Mac OS
8., it is axiomatic that Norton knew that the product would be
incompatible. And yet it continued to market DDPro without a murmur.
Nearly one year down the track I find my new purchase a candidate
for the trashbin because you now post that you have no plans to
support OS8.
I have had to log on to the USA Symantec web page because my local
Australian page provides the DiskDoubler Pro information only in
Russian. And No wonder!
People scream about Bill Gates but the Norton behaviour in this
particular software matter sets a new low in contempt for the
marketplace. As of now anything Symantec/Norton is off my shopping
list forever.
Unimpressed.

Hello Stuart Willis,
This is too little, too late, but you certainly could have returned
DiskDoubler for your money back if you wanted to within 60 days of
purchase. I do apologize for you less than positive experience with
Symantec.
