I have a power Mac with a 2 gig drive that I recently upgraded to
system 8.1. (I had Disklock on the disk and it worked with no
problems.) Suddenly, the hard drive will not mount, and I get a
flashing question mark at startup. Utilities like SCSI Probe and
Tattle Tech see the drive, but I cannot get it to mount. I have
tried to boot from another disk that also has system 8.1, but the
internal hard drive does not show up to give me the opportunity to
unlock it. What can I do? (Heeellllppp!)

If I understand what you say, DiskLock does not even prompt for a
username and password. If that is the case, please call DiskLock
technical support at 1-541-984-7875.
