servletrunner does not respond

Configuration Information:
Product: Visual Cafe for Windows Enterprise Suite 3.0

We cannot get the Servletrunner to respond. When the servlet runner
launches the messages are:

servletrunner starting with settings:
port = 8080
backlog = 50
max handlers = 100
timeout = 5000
servlet dir = D:\VisualCafe\Projects
document dir = .\examples
servlet propfile = D:\VisualCafe\Projects\servlet.properties

Is the first message some kind of error? Our Servlet code and our
test HTML file works on a different machine so I know it's not my
code.

Create a bare bones servlet via the Servlet Wizard to see if it will
execute.
