Running servlet in Visual Cafe.

Hi
I have Visual Cafe 4.0 Expert Edition.
I am trying to run Servlets using servletrunner in cafe (created
empty project and running using com.sun.web.shell.Startup ). I have
following questions.

1. It runs on port 8080. How do I make it run on port 80?
2. How do I specify initParameters() to the servlet?
3. Does servletrunner support delivering static html files and images?
e.g., A frame in which there are 2 static html files and one is
servlet generated?
