I'm trying to create a connection pool in weblogic and debug an entity bean.
Running with the Visual Cafe debug VM, it failed to create the connection
pool giving a class not found exception on the JDBC driver. However,
running standalone weblogic server works fine. I'm using the weblogic
MSSQLServer4 type 4 driver, Visual Cafe Enterprise 3.1a, Weblogic 4.5.1 with
SP7. Any idea?

I have forwarded your message to the more appropriate newsgroup below.

symantec.support.itools.win.vcafe3.database

You can find your question and any response there.

If you came in through the web interface what you need to do is go to
the following web page and under the Visual Cafe 3.0 drop down list
select DATABASE QUESTIONS and then click the Browse button. The
message will have my name on it.

Rapheal,

Welcome to the Visual Cafe support forum.

Ensure that the jdbc driver is located on the system classpath and the
VisualCafe\bin\sc.ini classpath. If you setup a plugged-in VM you may need to
add the classes to that classpath as well.

Thank you for using Visual Cafe.
