Java.util.zip.zipexception can't write past end of STORED entry?

Configuration Information:
Product: Visual Cafe for Windows Professional Edition 3.0
Product: Visual Cafe for Windows Professional Edition 3.0
When I deploy the project through the GUI, all is fine.
When I deploy the project via a command line (necessary for nightly
builds)I get the following error:
Java..util.zip.zipexceptio: "attempt too write past end of STORED
entry"
Stack trace is disabled. Set JAVA_COMPCMD=STA<CKTRACE> t enable.
Failed to create "e:\pqa\40\..\DQABrowserApp.jar".jar
(this is exacely what it says)
What is this telling me is wrong?
