Hi Bruce,
This comes from not using personal paths when loading up Q&A. All the
users are sharing the same qa.cfg file and Q&A has no way to tell when one
machine leaves and one goes into the program. It will be important to make
sure everyone knows they need to use the x to exit Q&A from inside of Q&A
and not just close x from the Windows 95/98 interface. The network pack
administration manual has information about personal paths on page 7.
Since when everyone is out it gives the exceeded user count error, the only
way to clear this is to down the server and bring it up again. Then setup
personal paths so this does not happen again. We also have some technical
