He developed F&A 5 (also Q&A 5).
It should work on your machine, although you may need a patch because you machine
is so fast.

Yes, it is not uncommon for Q&A or F&A to have problems running on fast
CPU's. However, you can solve this problem either by:
1) Obtaining the Mo'Slo utility software to allow you to slow down your CPU
for the F&A program. Note: Doing this will not slow down other software
running on the system.
2) Downloading a third party speedfix patch for the program.
Both of these are available from download links on this web page for the
National Q&A User Group at:

Symantec has actually sold the source code for Q&A and F&A, as well as all
distribution rights in Europe to a company in Germany now. You could
check with them, and see if they have any updates planned for F&A that
might be more compatible as well.
