Running Q&A 4.0 on system with Windows '95

Client has run into an issue where certain reports - so far only summary
reports - will split/break at odd places (print a few lines, start a new
pages, print a few lines, start a new page, etc.). When running the same
report(s) on my system (200 MHz), the report(s) prints fine.

I'm wondering if their processor speed (233 MHz) could cause this
problem?

And yes, I've checked every possible setting I can think of on the
reports to no avail. Even sent them a macro with a new report design -
same problem exists though.

Their computer is hooked to a network, but they are running Q&A as a
stand-alone operation. I had them connect a printer directly to their
system (non-networked) to try to rule out network interference.

Anyone have suggestions on where to turn next?? Next I'll check the
QA.CFG file to see if a possible corruption there is at issue.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
