Internet Suite- add programs to the approved list

For the 2nd time in a year, the Norton Internet Suite update has locked all
my email in Outlook, BCM and OE.

The only way to obtain mail is to turn off the firewall.
I can find tools to remove a program from the approved list, but not the
method to add a program.
Any suggestions?
