Problems using LiveUpdate

Hi
I'm a registered user of visual cafe PDE with winNT. I'm using
Netscape Professional version 4.05 with a direct internet provider.
I had a flyer with a 16 digit mixedcase userid and a 10 digit
uppercase password in the box with my visual cafe version 2.5 to use
LiveUpdate. But when I try this combination with LiveUpdate from
within visual cafe I allways receive the answer: authorization faild.
What could be wrong?

Hello Reto,

Sometimes the user ID's and passwords were not turned on. If you send
an e-mail to customer service, or call them at 1-800-441-7234 you will
be able to receive a valid user ID and password.
