When I install cafe under Win95 on drive it works fine. Can you
please help me.
Regards Bernd
Hello Berdn,
Is it possible that you have restricted your permissions on this drive
for the user? I am thinking that it may be getting 94% done with the
install, then it has to obtain permission to the root directory. Try
logging on as the administrator of this machine and see how things
work.

Bernd,
Could you post the exact error message you are getting. There are
several different problems that can give "not enough disk space" type
errors, and it is important to know which is which.
I checked again and the error messages was generated.
In the "copy windows" the following message was displayed
"Copying Symantec online Registration files..."
Bernd
hello Bernd,
So the environment freezes with that message being display?
What I was asking for is exact text of the error message. Actually,
if this is where it is freezing, you might be able to just skip the
rest of the install and get Visual Cafe to work with out a problem!
Durring the installation the exact error message in a sperate window
is:
"Not enough disk space on target drive while attempting to copy
files. To continue first free disk space on the target drive and then
click OK"
In the "copy windows" I have 93 % and the message
"Copying Symantec online Registration files..."
Bernd
I have solved the problem. For this I copied the installdir from the
cd to a lokal drive, removed "symonrec.bin" and started the
installation again.
Thanks for your assistence.
Bernd
Hey Bernd,
I would definitely run scandisk on your hardrive and make sure it has
no errors. If it installed on the other drive then the CD has to be in
good condition. Check your drive!
