Internet Explorer cannot download from the Internet site VCafe_p1.exe
from cafe2.symantec.com.
The download file is not available. This could be due to your
Security or Language settings or because the server was unable to
retrieve the requested file.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you are having trouble using our secure http server.
This is usually caused by working though a proxy or socks server to
the internet that does not support secure http. You will want to
contact your system administrator and as him or her what the
restrictions on secure shttp are for your site.
It could be that our site is temporarily having file problems. If you
experienced this problem only once you might want to try again later.
