I have PURCHASED the following product :

Confirmation Number: 72971499..(for secure)
Order Date: Wed Sep 9 08:41:09 PDT 1998
Customer Name: Marco Politi
Product: Visual Café 2.0 for Java - WDE for Windows
95/NT - English
Quantity: 0001
Price: $99.95

and I have received the following data to DOWNLOAD it through the
internet

The problem is that I COULDN'T get to DOWNLOAD the file

VCafe_p1.exe

I have EXHAUSTED MY DOWNLOAD ATTEMPTS and I am trying to get Symantec
to reset my download counter so that I that I can try to download
the file again.

The symantec site on the internet says very clearly that if I had any
problems downloading the product I would just have to email
cus...@symantec.com and I have emailed them just to get the answer
that the internet support is not offered for the product I have
purchased. I think there must be a mistake or a dishonesty here. I
have called the support (through an international call) and I
remained some 30 minutes hanging like a fool on the phone for nobody
to be able to solve this little problem. If you can't fulfil your
international orders why do you accept them.

I want my problem to be solved or I want my money back. The site says
that I can solve the problem I had through email if I can't then I
want to cancel the order I placed. This has been causing me such a
moral disturbance that I should be considering sueing this company

Hello Marco,

You should go to our sight at http://cafe.symantec.com/ and go to the
downloads section. You will then be asked to select a product, such as
Visual Cafe for Java 2.0. You will then be asked for your user ID and
password. It should have been sent to you or given to you when you
ordered. If it wasn't, or your number doesn't work, you can e-mail the
customer service mail box: ca...@symantec.com. They should take care of
your problems.
