Install Just connect from Compaq

This is the only way to ask you a question from the programm just
connect you developed for Compaq. Please inform me how to install a
external modem to this programm.The field you could change it is a
ATAPI one and can not be changed.The programm can not see my modem on
the COM1 port. The rest of my programms who are working with this
modem are working properly. Please help me with this. With kind

I am not familiar with the Just-Connect product you are referring to.
I would suggest that you contact Compaq or the vendor from whom you
purchased your machine to address this issue.
I wish I could do more for you.
