Look in the Settings menu: Settings > Table Format > Insert Row Before

I usually create the links after the text is in place, so this isn't much of a
problem but I know what you mean. It would be nice if the link "attribute"
ended automatically when you hit return.

Try typing your 2nd link (with the "stuck" link) then select the text on that
line and hit "cmd-r" to unlink the text. Then link as usual. I find "cmd-r"
and "cmd-l" pretty efficient.

I don't follow you here. I'm able to use the text color menu and menubar
button to colorize text anywhere on the page, including in tables. Do you mean
having the ability to customize your color palette? That would be nice. Or
perhaps the option to change your palette to view by html/numeric tag (like CyberStudio?).
