Lack of bug report followup

I was told that there was a bug report put in for a problem reported by telephone. I never got the number and noone ever followed up. If someone from Symantec reads this. Have tech support email me so I can finish this up. I need a patch ASAP!

It was within the last 3-6 weeks. VP2.0 crashes (nt40 sp3) when i load the jdk1.2b3 and b4 html tree. The tech rep at Symantec tacked it to a specific file. I have roled back to 1.1 and will most likely request a refund if there isnt a fix out soon. I do a fair amout of development and have begun looking at other tools.
