I have had to reinstall Winfax 8 a few times. My CD obviously does not have
the 8.03 on it and due to reformatting I have had to do the live update more
than once. I am a registered user - how do I get an updated CD with 8.03 on
it....

Thanks.

What's the matter Symantec, are you afraid to just say the cost of a replacement
is $20.00 including shipping? When was the last time it cost you 9.95 to ship and
handle something that was all but packed and ready to ship? You'll always find a
way to get us "comin' & goin'"

Comment by an irate NN user. -- any chance i get!

$20 for a CD? Excessive - This is not customer service - it is an abuse -
you are fixing bugs I was having, not adding features.... I could understand
a reasonable s/h fee -
