I am writing to tell you how angry I am at having five hours of my
time wasted by problems with your online store and with the product.
I will be disputing the charge of $44.99 with American Express.
Online Store
The order process failed to take me to the download page after billing
my credit card. A 30-minute wait for a chat session with an analyst
resulted in being told the order process had indeed failed. Hours
later in the day an order number was delivered, and I was able to down
load the product.
Product software conflicts
Norton Backup would not install because it triggered two Trojan horse
warnings from Norton Internet Security 2010. The firewall and SONAR
function has to be disabled in order to complete the installation.
However, once the product was installed, these functions could be not
restored to full function. Norton Internet Security was disabled by
your own product!!!!~
Worse, one Norton backup began to run, it took over all the processing
power and memory of the PC. It was un-usable. After a cold boot, I
was able to uninstall it.
Once Norton Backup was uninstalled, Norton Internet Security began to
operate properly again.
Evaluation
Your product conflicts and unreliable online store earn an 'F" for
customer satisfaction. I am very frustrated with your company and
your products.
