With the 'auto-protect' enabled or disabled, if I put in the reader certain
CDR's burned 3 years ago
with the Format UDF, the system just crashes with a blue screen error 19. Of
course the disk
is corrupted after this ! (I don't have to read the CD, just click on
Exploer entry once.)
The customer service, after working 3 hours, did not do anything to find
WHAT was the problem,
but just set me back to version 2.0, letting me contemplate why I paid for
the new version !
I also have another unrelated (?) problem, as the 'documents and setting'
directory is corrupted
once every two or three boots, usually with a file of Norton concerned.
Any ideas ? (This is NOT a bad sector disl problem!)
Thanks.
