I run an updated 2009 version of NSW premier Edition on a
Dell Dimension DIM3000
Intel ( R) pentium (R) 4CPU 2.8GHz
2.79GHz.2.0GB of RAM.

Periodically and uninvited ccSvcHst.exe monopolises my machine taking 99% of
CPU capacity, after which it can take up to 30 minutes to unwind .

Is there a Semantic update to eliminate this fatal flaw or do I reboot or
simply use Task Manager to kill it.
