Dear Sir,
We are very thankful to you for your kind initiative to arrange round
table discussion meeting at Sher e Bangla Agricultural University’s
secretariat conference hall dated 24.08.2013 concerning 1st
Convocation of Sylhet Agriculture University for exchange of views how
to accomplish successful Convocation along with owner &
representatives of various agro based companies, X-Students of SGVC,
Teachers from Sylhet Agriculture University and Sher e Bangla
Agriculture University, Chairman from Rupali Bank Ltd and Other
stakeholders.
Referring to above discussion, X-Students of SGVC raised appeal to
your good office to arrange award for them through this convocation by
declaration i.e “X-Students of SGVC also an integral part of Sylhet
Agriculture University”. We strongly believe that our esteemed
teacher’s will take initiative to organize amendments in line
procedure how to comply in same boat for recognition of all SGVC’s
students as treated as student’s of SAU. We think majority teacher’s
come from SGVC now they are teacher’s of SAU as well as we can also
demand by this way. As we inform in the meeting that, Sher e Bangla
Agriculture University also accommodate their college students by
comply academic amendments.
As such, we are requesting you to give your kind declaration through
this upcoming convocation in order to establish recognition of all
SGVC’s students has legal entitle to students of SAU, Sylhet.
