Dear MEU alumni,
Dear BETA members,--
I hope this e-mail finds you all in good health, motivated and willing to start helping the association completing its projects! This is the official call for organisers for BETA, MEU 2013 and its projects.
Please read this e-mail carefully, as it contains all the info you need in order to become an active member. Attached to this e-mail you will find three documents which are essential for your application:
- BETA Information Booklet 2012
- BETA Task Descriptions
- MEU 2013 Task Descriptions
The BETA Information Booklet 2012 contains a detailed description of the Bringing Europeans Together Association as well as the schedule for the upcoming 2 months. Please take your time reading it as it provides all the necessary information if you wish to become an organiser of Model European Union 2013, help developing BETA and do administrative work, get online and organise a virtual MEU - MEU 2.0 - or you want to take our concept home: organise a local MEU in your city!
The BETA Task Descriptions document and the MEU 2013 Task Descriptions, as their name already says it, contain detailed descriptions about every position you wish to apply for. Whether you wish to become a Country Liaison Officer promoting the project in your country, help with the content, raise funds or do PR: those documents are what you need!
Should you at times not be able to access them from the computer you are working at, you can always go online and read them here: BETA Application Form. This is also the link where you will have to submit your online application.
The application period starts tonight at 00:00 CET 29 April 2012 and ends at 23:59 CET 14 May 2012! Make sure you get familiarised with all the information before you apply and most importantly: don't miss the deadline!
