Problem that needs urgently fixing: PHP pages which call Filemaker Pro 10 databases are not loading

Hi there,

We upgraded to Filemaker Pro 10 over Christmas and since then we have
had an intermittent problem where php pages suddenly stop loading if
they have code which calls Filemaker Pro. The database server is still
working and so is the web server as html pages on the website can
still be accessed normally on the browser.

We use the latest version of FX.php to communicate with Filemaker and
are using the latest version. XML (which FX.php requires) is switched
on on the Filemaker Server Admin console but not IWP or XSLT.

We need ways to identify the problem when it occurs - the web logs and
FMServer logs are inconclusive. Restarting the webserver usually
solves the issue. Filemaker Support cannot fix the problem as it is
not being caused by the databases.
