For those like me that would like to create their own TurtleBot 2 without having to pay the full price of $1600 compared to the base cost of $350 for just the Kobuki. I've attached the step and stl files for the 3 plates and their mechanical and manufacturing drawings here to this post. I'm looking at milling/routing the plates out of acrylic on our CNC at the RoboDojo space and simply using threaded rod or similar as the standoffs.
