What you need to have:
* 2-3 years experience with Ruby on Rails
* A solid understanding of MVC application design
* Experience with Javascript, XHTML, CSS and development of web-
based
user interfaces
* Loves to stay DRY
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Skilled in object oriented design
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exposure to Linux deployment and system administration concepts
* Competent knowledge of SQL
* Experience with Capistrano
* Experience with GIT (or Subversion)

Extra points for:
* Exposure to REST and Web Service API integration
* Experience with Web app + MySQL performance and scaling
* Familiarity with either Test Driven Development or Behaviour
Driven
* Interest in agile development practices
* Objective C
