Autocad help- Is anyone good at autocad and able to help me please?

Hi.

I need to use autocad at my new job.
I've got a basic skill level but could do with some assistance.

i can get around in Illustrator, Solidworks, Creo Parametric and others so I'm not a beginner or anything.

Just looking for a bit of a refresher/introduction from someone with decent skills if anyone is able to help.
